Customer support
For account issues, installation problems, the Windows client, voice quality, or general product questions:
We reply within 1 business day Monday–Friday. Weekend tickets are answered the next business day.
You can also open a ticket from inside your account at voxbooster.com/dashboard/support — that ticket includes your account context (plan, device list, recent payments) automatically, which speeds up the answer.
Billing and refunds
For payment receipts, invoice copies, refund requests, plan changes, or billing disputes:
We reply within 3 business days. Statutory rights (Brazilian CDC Art. 49 7-day withdrawal, EU/EEA/UK 14-day withdrawal) are handled by this address — see the Refund Policy for the procedure.
If you have an open chargeback with your bank, email us first before filing. A chargeback opened without prior contact suspends the account and revokes all device activations until the dispute resolves.
Legal, privacy, DPO
For data-subject access requests (GDPR Art. 15, LGPD Art. 18), DMCA notices, court orders, or other legal matters:
We reply within 5 business days. Urgent matters (court order with a deadline, child-safety report) are escalated the same day if you flag them in the subject line.

What we will never ask
We will never ask for your password, full credit card number, or remote access to your computer. If you receive an email or call claiming to be VoxBooster support and asking for any of those, it is a phishing attempt — forward the message to support@voxbooster.com and we will investigate.
