1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, registering for, or using VoxBooster (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (16 in parts of the EU/EEA). By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. License
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Windows client of VoxBooster on computers you own or control, and to access the Service via voxbooster.com.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Windows client except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- Sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or share your account credentials with third parties;
- Use the Service to impersonate others for fraudulent purposes, harass, defame, or violate the rights of others;
- Circumvent device-limit, hardware-fingerprint, or anti-abuse mechanisms;
- Use automated means to generate activations or trials.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@voxbooster.com of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, including for chargebacks, suspected fraud, or repeated device-sharing.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
VoxBooster is offered on a subscription basis (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown on voxbooster.com/pricing and may vary by region.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Statutory rights (such as the 7-day right of withdrawal under Brazilian CDC Art. 49 for consumers, or comparable EU consumer rights) always apply.
7. Service Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. Active paid periods will be extended to compensate for outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours, at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All code, UI, trademarks, and content of the Service are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any IP rights to you beyond the license in Section 3.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet all your requirements or be error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION, e.g. São Paulo], except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active account holders at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
