Summary
VoxBooster does not offer a general money-back guarantee outside statutory rights. Before purchasing, use the 3-day free trial to confirm the app works for you.
1. Statutory rights — Brazil (CDC Art. 49)
Brazilian consumers who purchase the Service online have the right of withdrawal within 7 days of the purchase date, regardless of reason. To exercise it, email billing@voxbooster.com with your order ID within that window. We refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
2. Statutory rights — EU / EEA / UK
Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national laws. The same process applies: email billing@voxbooster.com with your order ID.
Note on digital content: By starting to actively use the Service during the withdrawal period, you may lose the right of withdrawal for that period (CRD Art. 16(m)). The free trial does not consume this right — it starts only when you first use the paid Service.
3. Pro-rated refunds on plan changes
Changing plans mid-cycle (e.g., Monthly → Annual) does not trigger a cash refund. Remaining days on the prior plan are preserved and added to the new plan (see VoxBooster’s accrual-based credit model).
4. Failed payments
If an automatic renewal fails (card expired, insufficient funds), we retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If no retry succeeds, the subscription is marked as past_due and paid access is suspended at the end of the current period. No refund is owed because no charge was successful.
5. Chargebacks
A chargeback filed without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension and revocation of all associated devices. If the chargeback is later reversed, you may reapply for access; we charge a USD 25 administrative fee to cover gateway costs.
If you have a billing dispute, please contact billing@voxbooster.com first — we resolve most issues directly.
6. Lifetime purchases
The Lifetime tier is a one-time payment. Statutory withdrawal (§1, §2) applies within the applicable window. After that, no refund is offered. If the Service is discontinued within 5 years of your Lifetime purchase, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining unfulfilled value.
7. Non-refundable items
- Gift card redemptions;
- Referral bonus days;
- Administratively granted days (compensation, beta-tester credits).
8. How to request
Email billing@voxbooster.com with:
- Your account email;
- The transaction ID shown on your payment receipt;
- A short reason (helps us improve the product — not required for statutory withdrawals).
We reply within 3 business days.
